変速機のトルクコンバータ部における縦断側面図、第２
図は円筒パイプの板厚に応じた線膨張係数の特性図、第
３図は円筒パイプの板厚に応じた膨張変形量の特性図、
第４図は円筒パイプの板厚に応じこれにかかる圧縮応力
及びコンバータハウジングにかかる引張応力を温度毎に
示す線図である。 １・・・トランスミッションケース、２・・・コントロ
ールバルブ、３・・・コンバータハウジング、５・・・
トルクコンバータ、６・・・オイルポンプ、７・・・コ
ンバータカバー、８・・・ポンプインペラ、９・・・タ
ービンランナ、１０・・・ステータ、１１・・・ポンプ
駆動軸、１２・・・変速機入力軸、１３・・・ワンウェ

Claims (1)
- コンバータハウジングに、これに圧入した軸受ブツシュ
を介しポンプインペラを回転自在に支持したトルクコン
バータにおいて、前記軸受プッシュヲ前記コンバータハ
ウジングに圧入する裏金としての円筒パイプと、該円筒
パイプ内に遠心鋳造により形成した軸受材とで構成し、
前記円筒パイプの板厚を３ｍｍ以上、５７７ａ未満にし
たことを特徴とするトルクコンバータの軸受装置。
