    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 両端を定着装置の固定部に嵌合される一本の軸に貫通し
    たハガシ爪とバネを１個または複数個有し、軸とハガシ
    爪およびバネは回動可能とし、バネは一端をハガシ爪に
    、他端を定着装置の固定部に係合して、バネ力でロール
    にハガシ爪を接触させることを特徴とする定着装置の紙
    ハガシ装置。
