Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent slipping by urging a pair of opposed movable conical plates in such a manner as to be brought close to each other, and coupling the movable conical plates and a rotary shaft to the outer peripheral portion by a roll pin through a dry metal to uniformalize side pressure of a speed change V-belt. CONSTITUTION:A pair of movable conical plates 2, 2' are slidably loosely fitted to a rotary shaft 1 having a fitting hole 10 bored through one side axis thereof through boss portions 4, 4', and the movable conical plates 2, 2 are urged to be brought close to each other by springs 3, 3' mounted in cylinders 8, 8 covering the outer surface of the boss portions 4, 4'. A pair of roll pins 5, 5' are rotatably inserted in insertion holes 12, 12' bored through the boss portions 4, 4' through dry metals 6, 6' on the outer peripheral portion. 嵌せしめて回転軸に対し相対向する一対の可動円錐板が
回転方向には固定的で軸方向には一定範囲の摺動が自由
に行えるよう結合することで、変速■ベルトの側圧の均
一化によるスリップの解消とロールピンに対する軸方向
の衝撃、振動等をドライメタルが受けることにより転が
り運動特有の機械的摩擦の発生と微動摩耗を可及的に防
止してトルク伝達の確実性とその耐久性を高め、併せて
、構造の簡略化による製作コストの低摩等をも図った変
速■ブーりを提供するにある。
