【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は従来の無電極放電ランプの構造を示す断面図、
第２図は本考案の一実施例を示す断面図、第３図は本考
案の他の実施例を示す断面図である。図において、１は
ランプ壁、２９　２ａ、　　２ｂは支持棒、３はネジ部
、３ａは加熱溶着部、４は接着部、５ａ、５ｂは円柱形
部材、６はネジ部である。なお図中同一符号はそれぞれ
同−又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）マイクロ波により励起されて発光する無電極放電
    ランプにおいて、ランプの排気管をランプ支持棒として
    ランプと一体構造とし、且つランプ排気管の端部に反対
    側をネジ加工した誘電率の小さい部材を接着したことを
    特徴とする無電極放電ランプ。
  2. （２）ランプ排気管の端部を、少なくともその内径がラ
    ンプ排気管の外径より大きく円筒形に成形した誘電率の
    小さい部材の内側に同軸に合わせて接着したことを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の無電極放電
    ランプ。
  3. （３）ランプ排気管の端部と接着する部材を金属とし、
    該円筒形金属の側面のほぼ中央にネジ加工した後、ラン
    プ排気管軸とネジの軸とを含む平面内でランプ排気管を
    直角に曲げたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第２項記載の無電極放電ランプ。
