るパターン認識装置の一実施例を示す構成図、第４図は
第３図の各部の信号波形である。 １．２：撮像装置、３，４：基板、５：同期信号発生回
路、８：混合回路、９：ビデオモニタ、１３：形状認識
部、１５：変調回路。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基準基板のチップ部品取付状態を電気的に検出する第１
    の撮像装置と、被測定基板のチップ部品取付状態を電気
    的に検出する第２の撮像装置と、前記第１、第２の撮像
    装置の出力信号の差をとる演算回路と、該演算回路の出
    力信号を形状認識する形状認識部と、該形状認識部の判
    定結果にもとづいてテレビジョン信号のサブキャリヤ信
    号の位相を変えて変調を行う変調回路と、前記第１又は
    第２の撮像装置の出力信号をテレビジョン信号の輝度信
    号にして、該変調回路の出力信号と混合する混合回路と
    、信号処理のために全体のタイミング信号を発生する同
    期信号発生回路と、前記混合回路からの映像信号を映し
    出すビデオモニタとで構成し、チップ部品取付の異常場
    所を異常に対応した色で表示することを特徴とするパタ
    ーン認識装置。
