    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透光性基板面にアモルファスシリコン層、及びこれに接
    合した電極層を配してなるアモルファス太陽電池におい
    て、前記アモルファスシリコン層、及び電極層を挾んで
    透光性基板と反対側にこれと同じ熱膨張率を有する他の
    基板を配し、両基板の周縁部を同じ熱膨張率を有する素
    材を用いて気密状態に封止したことを特徴とするアモル
    ファス太陽電池。
