第１図は、従来の歪補償回路を備えたＬＥＤ発光装置の
回路構成を示す図である。第２図、第３図、および第４
図はいずれも第１図の回路の動作を説明するために記載
した図であり、それぞれＲＤＳの抵抗器対電圧ＶＧＳの
特性図、ＲＤＳの非線形状電圧対電流の関係を表わす特
性図、ならびにＬＥＤの消費電流対先出力の特性図であ
る。第５図は本考案による歪補償回路を備えたＬＥＤ発

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 送信すべき光情報をアナログ信号の形で送出するための
    ＬＥＤと、前記ＬＥＤを駆動するためのＮＰＮトランジ
    スタと、負帰還ループを有していて前記ＮＰＮトランジ
    スタを駆動するための反転増幅器と、前記反転増幅器の
    入力に接続されていて、前記ＬＥＤの非直線性を補償す
    るためのＦＥＴとを具備して構成したことを特徴とする
    歪補償回路を備えたＬＥＤ発光装置。
