Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 固定部に保持したハウジングと、該ハウジング内に貫通
    され、先端部に加工工具を取付けた回転軸と、該回転軸
    をラジアル及びスラスト方向に静圧軸受よりなるスピン
    ドル装置に於いて、前記ハウジング保持部をスラスト軸
    受部と前記加工工具付部との間で、且つ前記回転軸の熱
    変位が前記ハウジングの熱変位に依り相殺するように配
    置したことを特徴とするスピンドル装置。
