a guide rail having a substantially C-shaped cross section and having a longitudinally extending groove installed inside a pillar garnish of a part of the pillar; a movable member slidably fitted in the guide rail; and a movable member fitted with the groove in the movable member. A seatbelt guide in which the movement of the anchor member can be freely adjusted by operating an operating member that includes a belt supporting anchor member connected via a belt support member and a locking member that can freely lock the movable member to a guide rail. A seat belt guide adjustment device, wherein concave guide grooves are formed on both sides of the movable member so as to slidably fit into both opposing pieces of a guide rail forming the groove portion.
