を示す断面説明図であり、第２図はその′ポリＶプーリ
の拡大断面図、第３図及び第４図はそれぞれハブ部に対
する補強キャップの嵌着形態の異なる例を示す要部拡大
断面図、第５図は第３図に示される嵌着形態のポリＶプ
ーリを回転軸に組み付けた時の状態を示す断面説明図で
あり、第６図は各種ポリＶプーリの発生応力を示すグラ
フである。 ２：ポリＶプーリ、４，６：プーリ取付用シート、８：
ボルト、１０：回転軸、１２：ファンカップリング、１
４：ファン、１６：ベルト、２０：ハブ部、２２：フラ
ンジ壁、２４：■溝、２６：多段■溝部、２８：プーリ
本体、３０：補強キャップ。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）回転軸に取り付けられる浅底の有底円筒形状のハ
    ブ部分と、該ハブ部分に連設され、該ハブ部分とは反対
    側に開口端を有する環状のフランジ壁と、該フランジ壁
    の外周面に形成された外方に開口するＶ字状の溝を多段
    に有する、駆動・　　ベルトが張架される多段■溝部と
    を含む、金属素板を加工して得られるブー°り本体を有
    し、且つ該プーリ本体の前記ハブ部分の底部外周面部分
    に対して、所定の深さの有底円筒状の補強キャップを嵌
    着せしめてなることを特徴とする板′　　金製ポリＶプ
    ーリ。
  2. （２）前記プーリ本体並びに前記補強キャップが、それ
    らの嵌着に先立って、予め金属メッキ処理されているこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のポ
    リＶプーリ。
  3. （３）　　前記補強キャップの有底円筒状部分の角部の
    曲率半径が前記プーリ本体のハブ部分の底部角部のそれ
    よりも大とされ、且つ該補強キャップの開口部の内径が
    該ハブ部分の外径よりも小とされて、前記嵌着により、
    該補強キャップの底部と該ハブ部分の底部との間に所定
    の隙間が形成されるようにしたことを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載のポＩＪ　Ｖプ
    ーリ。
