    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. リチウム等の軽金属からなる筒状負極が筒状の電池ケー
    スの中心部に軸方向に挿入され、この筒状負極の周囲に
    セパレータおよび正極が配置される構造の非水電解液電
    池において、上記筒状負極はその軸方向に拡開形成され
    たスリットを有し、このスリットに上記セパレータの端
    部が挿入されて挾み込まれていることを特徴とする非水
    電解液電池。
