本発明はその表面に模様を有するプラスチック成形品の

形法によってFRP成形品を製造するに際して、模様を
施した布織布を金型の形状に縫い合わせて金型上に軟遣
してプレス成形する方法がある。しかし、これらの方法
には面と面との繋ぎ目が出釆てしまい、模様が重なる、
隣合った面の模様が連続しない、等の欠点があり〜意匠
的には満足できないものであった。又、別の方法として
アクリル板に転写又は化粧シートのラミネートによって
模様を施した化粧材を真空成形法で成形し〜その後で裏
面にFRPの層を設けて補強する方法も知られている。
この方法によれば、模様が重なったり、連続しない等の
欠点は解消されるが、得られた成形品の表面がアクリル
樹脂である為に、表面硬度、耐熱性、耐薬品性が充分で
なく、特に耐煮沸性が欠除しているので浴槽を成形して
も給傷式の用途にしか使用できなかつた。本発明は以上
の様な点に鑑みなされたものであってト意匠性の面と性
能の面との両方を完全に満足させ得る模様付プラスチッ
ク成形品を製造する方法を提供しようとするものである

任意の模様を施した転写フイルムをその模様面を上にし
て水面に浮かべ、水溶性フイルムが溶解した後で模様面
に溶剤を吹き付けて塗料又は印刷インキ等を活性化させ
た後、ポリエステル樹脂を塗布、半硬化した金型をその
上から押圧して金型のポリエステル樹脂面に前記模様を
転写する方法を用いることを特徴とする模様付プラスチ
