に側板を連設し、両側板の下端長手縁より外方へ突出す
る座板を連設し、この形鋼製根太の座板を根太支持材上
面に据付けて根太の長手に亘る空間を下方へ開放させ、
形鋼製根太の間において座板上に断熱材を支持させ、こ
の断熱材と根太支持材との間に空隙を形成し、断熱材上
にシート状発熱体を支持させ、このシート状発熱体を被
覆して形鋼製根太の床板取付面に床板を取付けたことを
