  1. 両端が閉成され、第１接続口２０および第２接続口２１
    が開口された密閉状の筒体１８と、該筒体１８の内周と
    同形状断面に形成され、筒体１８内に摺動自在に密嵌合
    された芯体１９と、該芯体１９と筒体１８との嵌合面間
    に上記第１および第２接続口２０．２１と連通可能に形
    成された細溝２２と、該細溝２２と第１接続口２０およ
    び／ま゛　　　たは第２接続口２１との連通位置を変化
    させるように上記芯体１９を移動させるアクチュエータ
    ２５とからなることを特徴とする減圧装置。
