    を仕切り常に中立位置にもどるように弾性体で付勢され
    た壁部材に重りを付加し、さらに該壁部材に吸気管と圧
    力センサとを連通ずるオリフィスを設けてなるマニホー
    ルド圧測定用メカニカルフィルタ。
