ラックが入った状態を示す幅方向の断面に第６図は本考
案の積層セラミックコンデンサの一実施例を示す幅方向
の断面図である。 １・・・・・・誘電体セラミック、２・・・・・・外部
電極、３・・・・・・内部電極。
