は支持盤、１８は搬送アーム、１９はアーム本体、２０
は溝、４３．４３’は搬送用ベルトコンベヤである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 中央の処理ステージ５上にウェーハ７を載置できる支持
    盤８を昇降自在に設けた処理室４と、アーム本体１９を
    処理室４よりも長く形成し、先端部に前記支持盤８を挿
    通できる溝２０を設け、アーム本体１９の先端を処理室
    ４の前方と処理室を通して外部に突出させるように水平
    往復運動を行う搬送アーム１８と、アーム本体１９の両
    側に少なくとも供給側を昇降できるように設けたウェー
    ハを供給する一対の搬送用ベルトコンベヤ４３゜４３′
    とから成るプラズマ処理装置。
