Claims (1)
- 燃料供給装置、酸化反応室、熱交換器及びプロセスガス
導入ファンから成る燃焼式脱臭装置において、処理ガス
中の臭気分を検出する装置を備えること、及び検出され
た臭気分を一定に維持するように燃料供給量を制御する
ことを特徴とする燃焼式脱臭装置。
