Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁性基板上に発熱抵抗体膜、給電用導体膜および耐摩
    耗保護膜を形成してなるサーマルヘッドにおいて、前記
    給電用導体膜を、ＣｒまたにＮｉＣｒ合金からなる下層
    導体膜とＣｕからなる上層導体膜との二層にて形成する
    とともに、これら二層の導体膜を外部素子との接続領域
    部まで延設し、その上層導体膜上に前記外部素子側の導
    電体を直接接続するようにしたことを特徴とするサーマ
    ルヘッド。
