Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 中央部に穴を有するテーブル上に載置された被測定物の
    上、下面に上側、下側測定接触子を夫々当接せしめ、両
    側定接触子の基準位置からの変位量を検出することによ
    り被測定物の厚みを測定する装置において、 前記テーブルの上、工夫々に位置する上腕、下腕を備え
    、また、圧気昇降装置により昇降される昇降部材と、 該昇降部材の上腕に鉛直方向への摺動、固定が可能に取
    付けてあり、前記上側測定接触子の被測定物の上面にお
    ける当接点の周囲を押圧する押え部材と、 前記昇降部材の下腕に取付けである下側測定接触子を昇
    降せしめる圧気昇降装置と を具備することを特徴とする厚み測定装置。
