- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 直列に接続した標準抵抗２と未知インピーダンス３に測
定用交流信号を加え、 標準抵抗２の値を調節して標準抵抗２の両端の電圧Ｅｓ
と未知インピーダンス３の両端の電圧ＥＸとが等しくな
るようにし、 調節後の標準抵抗２の値を未知インピーダンス３の値と
することを特徴とするインピーダンス測定器。
