- 一端が開口し他端が凹状に閉止した金属製多角形筒状シ
ェルと、該シェルの内面に嵌着され一端が開口し、シェ
ルの凹部に嵌着された他端は鋼管端部を包み込むように
された硬質可撓性材料製円筒部材とから構成され、上記
円筒部材は鋼管ねじ部を全面にわたって保護してなる管
