  1. 旋回台２を固定するネガティブブレーキ７を操作するレ
    バー１２を設けた旋回型作業車において、前記旋回台２
    の操作具８に対するロック部材１１に前記レバー１２を
    、前記ネガティブブレーキ７及びロック部材１１が共に
    固定作用状態及び非作用状態になるように連動連結し、
    前記ネガティブブレーキ７及びロック部材１１が共に固
    定作−用状態で、前記レバー１２が前記旋回台２の搭乗
    運転部４に対する乗降用通路Ａから引退すると共に、前
    記ネガティブブレーキ７及びロック部材１１が共に非作
    用状態で、前記レバー１２が前記乗降用通路Ａに突出す
    るように、前記レバー１２を配置しである旋回型作業車
    の安全装置。
