    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷媒が供給され外面が吸着面となる内筒と、該内筒とガ
    ス流路を形成しガス供給ノズル、ガス排出ノズル、パー
    ジガス供給ノズルおよびパージガス排出ノズルが設けら
    れた外筒と、前記内筒に内設された発熱体と、前記内筒
    での冷媒のレベルを検出するレベルセンサとで構成され
    たトラップにおいて、前記レベルセンサを形状記憶合金
    で形成された支持体で冷媒のレベルを検出可能、かつ、
    退避可能に支持したことを特徴とするコールドトラップ
    。
