Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ブレーキペダルの踏み込みに応じてブレーキ作動部に作
    動流体を送り込む常用ブレーキラインとは独立に、ブレ
    ーキ作動部に流量制御弁を介して加圧された作動流体を
    選択的に送る非常ブレーキラインを備えた車両の非常停
    止装置において、非常スイッチのオンにより作動され、
    車速検出手段および減速度検出手段の検出信号を入力し
    、該信号の値に応じて最適なブレーキ力を算出し、該算
    出したブレーキ力に等しいブレーキ力が得られるように
    前記流量制御弁を制御し、かつ前記非常スイッチのオン
    に連動してエンジンを停止させるエンジン非常停止手段
    を作動させるようにする制御装置を備えたことを特徴と
    する車両の非常停止装置。
