前記負の所定値より小さいときエンジンが減速状態にあ
ると判別する判別手段と、エンジンが前記減速状態にあ
ると判別されたとき該判別時から所定時間に亘って前記
電磁弁を開弁させる制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とす
る二次空気制御装置。 2 前記判別手段は前記開閉速度が正の所定値より大き
いか否かを判別し、該開閉速度が前記正の所定値より大
きいときエンジンが加速状態にあると判別し、前記制御
手段は前記加速状態にあると判別されたとき前記電磁弁
