    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基準軸Ｚと直交するＸＹ平面内に設置された移動体と、
    該移動体の周囲３箇所に形成され移動体のＸＹ平面にお
    ける位置を決めるための位置決め手段と、該位置決め手
    段の２つに直接偏位を与え、る２つの駆動手段と、前記
    移動体に取付けられ冷却液を流すための導管と、該導管
    と外部に設けられた導管とを接続する可動接続手段とを
    備えた装置において、前記可動接続手段を前記駆動手段
    による偏位が直接与えられない前記位置決め手段の近傍
    に配置したことを特徴とする冷却手段を備えた精密移動
    装置。、
