された電線等を位置させ、ケース内へ冷媒を噴出し、ケ
ースによって覆われている電線の一部分のみを急激に冷
却し、絶縁体を硬化させ、硬化した部分をクラツシング
部材で衝打、または押圧して、絶縁体を破壊する事によ
