A diaphragm is stretched inside a casing from which a cylindrical shaft holder protrudes on the opposite side of the mounting side that is fixed to a fixed member such as a deck, and the shaft holder side of the casing on one side of the diaphragm. The inside of the diaphragm is made into a sealed air chamber, and the inside of the casing on the other side of the diaphragm is made into an ice chamber that communicates with the outside, and one end portion of the shaft having an escape recess formed on its circumferential surface is slid into the shaft holding portion. The lock pin is movably inserted and inserted, and the other end is attached to the diaphragm so that it can be displaced in the axial direction in conjunction with the diaphragm, and the lock pin is slidably inserted into the mounting hole drilled in the shaft holding part. The lock pin is inserted through the shaft so that its tip abuts orthogonally on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft, and the other spherical end of the lock pin protrudes outward from the side of the shaft holder, and a cap-shaped cover is attached to the shaft holder.
