However, when trying to strengthen the fitting force, the entire length is engaged, and in this case, if you try to fit a part other than the receiving metal part, the lower chevron-shaped part for the secured part will be pushed downwards. Or, to make it easier to fit, the slope of the engagement stepped part should be set at an angle that makes it easier to insert, or the hook part of the engagement part should be slightly bent. However, this had the serious drawback that the fitting part could easily come off even under weak negative pressure (wind pressure). For this reason, if the strength of the mating part is weak, the strength is increased by fixing new bolts etc. It is requested. Furthermore, if a heat insulating material such as foamed synthetic resin is attached to the lower surface of the unit mating construction board in the mating envelope, the mating becomes even more difficult, so this type of heat insulating mating envelope It didn't exist.
そこで発明者は、前記欠点を解消すべく鋭意。Therefore, the inventor worked diligently to eliminate the above drawbacks.

し、その目的を達成したものである。As a result of repeated research, the present invention was developed by fixing a receiving metal fitting with stepped parts for engagement on both sides of a gate-shaped part at a predetermined interval on a structural material such as a main building, and attaching a sloped part and a retaining part to both sides of the main plate. A half-white shaped part consisting of a joint step part and a top edge is provided, and a building board for heat insulation fitting with a heat insulating material made of foamed synthetic resin affixed to the main plate and the lower surface of the half-white shaped part is placed between the receiving fittings. While being placed, the engagement step and the engaged step are engaged, and the top edges of the opposing half-mounted portions of the two adjacent building boards for insulation fitting are set at an appropriate distance, or they are overlapped. Then, a camping material having sloped portions with engagement steps formed on both sides of the top is fitted between the opposing amphibious mountain-shaped portions, and the engagement steps of the camping material are used for thermal insulation fitting purposes. Because the roofing is done by engaging the mating step part of the board, it can be constructed easily and quickly, and it can also be constructed strongly, and a heat insulating material made of foamed synthetic resin or the like is pasted on the bottom surface of the mating architectural board. However, it can be constructed and the above-mentioned drawbacks have been solved and the purpose has been achieved.

Then, the camping material B, which is provided with sloped portions 7.7 on both sides of the top portion 6 and which have retaining step portions 7a, 7a, is fitted between the opposing half-mounted portions 2, 2, so that the camping material B is not engaged. The mating steps 7a, 7a are the engagement steps 2a of the building board A for insulation fitting.
, 2a, first of all, the insulation fitting outer enclosure such as the roof or wall can be constructed easily and quickly, which in turn shortens the construction period and significantly reduces the construction cost. Second, it is possible to construct a strong heat-insulating fitting outer enclosure, and thirdly, it is possible to easily construct a heat-insulating fitting outer enclosure with excellent heat-insulating performance.

Even if the shape is such that the fitting force is strengthened at about 0 degrees, the fitting attachment of the camping material C is also made into a strong shape, and the structure is configured to engage over the entire length, there is an extremely large advantage that the fitting can be easily performed. However, at the location of the bracket B, even if the adjacent building board A for thermal insulation fitting is fitted from above to the opposing half-peaked portions 2.2 of A, the presence of the bracket B will result in both half-peaked shapes. Part 2
.. 2 do not bend inward toward each other, but
The location of this receiving bracket B is only a part of the longitudinal direction of the building board A for insulation fitting, and the overall fitting operation can be performed extremely simply and quickly as described above. Therefore, unlike in the past, the chevron-shaped portion for engagement, which is the lower side of the mating location, escapes further downward, making it impossible to perform construction, or alternatively, the stepped portion for engagement is designed to facilitate mating. If the inclination of the connector is made to be at an angle that makes it easier to insert the connector, or if the shape of the engagement part is made smaller, the serious drawback that the engagement part will easily come off even under weak negative pressure (wind pressure) will be solved. It is possible to provide a heat insulating fitting outer envelope which can be easily fitted and can provide a strong fitting force by eliminating all problems. Furthermore, if the strength of the fitting part is weak, as in the past, there is no need to increase the strength by fixing a new bolt or the like. In this way, if the fitting installation work can be done extremely simply and quickly, the construction cost of the fitting outer enclosure can be significantly reduced.

本発明にて初めてこれを解決できたものである。In order to fit between 8 and 8, the cantilevered half-white shaped part 2 must be inserted into the receiving bracket B.
It can be fitted very easily by appropriately bending in the opposite direction where the bracket B exists, and after fitting at the location of the bracket B, the pressing force between the semi-white shaped part 2 and the engaged step part 4a of the bracket B is applied. The heat insulating material 3 has a substantially flat shape and can be installed in an orderly manner. Furthermore, when fitting the cap material C, as described above, the opposite ridge-shaped portions 2.2 on both sides are pushed inward from each other except at the location of the receiving bracket B. Since it bends to fall down, the cap material C can be inserted very easily, and this has the great advantage that even the insulation fitting building board A to which the heat insulating material 3 is attached can be easily constructed. The configuration may seem simple in this way, but in the past, this lfT thermal material 3 was pasted, and it was a fitting type.
In addition, there was no product that was superior in terms of workability and strength, but
This invention is the first to solve this problem.

できる特長もある。Furthermore, as mentioned above, if the cap material C is fitted very smoothly, the building board A for insulation fitting
Even if it is a high-grade steel plate with a metallic or non-metallic coating applied to the surface of the mating architectural board that constitutes the mating part, there will be no damage such as scratches at the mating point, and corrosion will not occur from there. ,
The durability of the entire heat-insulating fitting envelope can be significantly improved. In turn, it is possible to guarantee the quality of the heat-insulating fitting envelope over a long period of time. This is an extremely effective effect in terms of maintenance and management. Furthermore, such durable insulating mating enclosures such as walls or roofs have recently been in particular demand in the construction industry, and specifically, warranties of 10 years have been extended from the previous 3 to 5 years. The present invention satisfies the requirement for durability with a 20-year guarantee. In addition, with the heat-insulating fitting envelope that is easy to fit in this way, even if the fitting architectural board and the metal plate of the cap material C are made of thick material, the opposing half-white shaped portion 2.2 Another feature is that it can be easily bent inward and can be constructed easily and quickly.

ある。Furthermore, since the building board A for heat insulation fitting of the present invention is symmetrical in the width direction, there is an advantage that the building board A for heat insulation fit can be roofed from any position on the construction site regardless of the roofing direction. However, after construction, there is also the advantage that if a portion of the heat-insulating fitting envelope is damaged at a proper location, replacement and repair work can be easily performed.

A void is formed between the two and can prevent capillary action, making it difficult for rainwater to enter through the gap, resulting in good watertightness (rain closure). Furthermore, the half-white shaped portion 2 of the camping material C and the above-mentioned building board A for insulation fitting.
By forming a gap 11 between the top edge 2C and the top edge 2C, capillarity can be prevented, and even more reliable watertightness (rain closure) can be ensured. Moreover, if the heat insulating material 8 is attached to the lower surface of the top part 6 of the camping material C, the top edges 2c of the opposing mountain-shaped parts 2.2 of the adjacent building boards A, A
, 2c ends at appropriate intervals, it is possible to further improve the heat insulation performance of the spaced portions.
