    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一対の発光素子および受光素子を磁気テープの上下面に
    沿ってそれぞれ配置された磁気ヘッドと、該磁気ヘッド
    が挿入されるカセットテープの”　開口内に設けられ該
    発光素子からの光を受光素子に反射するシールド板と、
    該受光素子の受光する光量差を検出して検出量が等しく
    なるように該磁気ヘッドを上下移動する検出駆動装置を
    備え、上記磁気ヘッドと磁気テープめ位置関係を常に最
    適、になされるようにすることを特徴とするカセットテ
    ープレコーダのテープ位置検出装置。
