Claims (1)
- 被処理物を自転させつつ移動させる移動装置と、自転す
る被処理物の所定の部位に絶縁ワニスを滴下する滴下ノ
ズルと、滴下含浸後の被処理物を乾燥ゲル化および硬化
させる加熱機構を備えた絶縁ワニス滴下含浸装置におい
て、多数のフッ素系樹脂細線を互いに平行に近接して並
置しこれらの一端を取付体に固着してなる絶縁ワニス分
散治具を、前記フッ素系樹脂細線が被処理物上に接する
よう滴下ノズル近傍に配置してなることを特徴とする絶
縁ワニス滴下含浸装置。
