  1. 底壁にフラットなラミナー流が形成されるラミナーフロ
    ー用ノズルが設けられた、給水管と空気抜き用電磁弁と
    が取付けられている、冷却水を収容するためのタンクと
    、前記ノズルを開閉するためのシャッターと、前記ノズ
    ルからの冷却水落下流路に、その先端が位置し得るよう
    に設けられた、前記ノズルからの冷却水の流下を遮断開
    放自在のフラッパーとからなることを特徴とするフラッ
    トラミナーフロー装置。
