ローチャート図である。 図中、１は内燃機関の微粒子浄化装置、２は多気筒内燃
機関、３．３ａｔ　　３ｂは吸気系、４，４ａ、４ｂは
排気系、５ａ、５ｂは絞り弁、１１ａ、ｌｌｂは触媒付
のフィルタ、１６ａ、１６ｂは排圧センサ、１８は制御
装置、２２は補正制御装置、２３　ａ　ｖ　２３　ｂは
温度センサである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内燃機関の吸気系に設けた絞り弁と、排気系に設け、排
    気微粒子を捕集するフィルタと、設定条件の入力により
    前記絞り弁を閉じ排気微粒子を燃焼させる制御装置と、
    前記内燃機関の運転状態を検出するセンサと、該センサ
    の信号に応じ前記絞り弁の開度を変化させる補正制御装
    置とを設けてなる内燃機関の微粒子浄化装置。
