Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）誘電体磁器基板の厚み方向に内部電極を層状に埋
    設した磁器コンデンサにおいて、各層の前記内部電極は
    多数片に分割して設けたことを特徴とする磁器コンデン
    サ。
  2. （２）前記内部電極は前記誘電体磁器基板の厚み方向に
    間隔をおいて複数層設けられることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の磁器コンデンサ。
  3. （３）多数片に分割された各電極片は、電気的に互いに
    直列な等節回路となるように重ね合わされたことを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載の磁器コン
    デンサ。
