Claims (1)
- 略同−特性を有する２組のベース接地コルピッツ発振回
路を備え、検出コイルとしての前記発振回路の発振コイ
ルを被測定物に関連して配設する一方、双方の発振トラ
ンジスタのコレクタ間またはエミッタ間を、両発振出力
の周波数および位相を同一にする結合回路を介して接続
し、この発振回路の出力をそれぞれ検波して、その差動
をとることにより、被測定物の変位を検出することを特
徴とする高周波発振型変位検出器。
