ピストンロッド、５，５ａはシリンダ、５ｂは外筒、６
，７は流体室、８はエア供給系、９はエアタンク、１３

Claims (1)

るシリンダ両側の流体室に圧力流体を供給するための流
体圧供給系と、シリンダと外筒に互いに交差するように
配設された通孔と、これら通孔の連通により形成される
流体排出口をシリンダ軸方向に変位可能にシリンダと外
