Claims (1)
- 出力電圧制御用トランジスタを備え、一定電圧を出力す
る電源回路において、上記電源回路に接続される負荷回
路と、上記トランジスタの温度が設定値以上の異常温度
に上昇した状態を検出する温度検出部と、この温度検出
部により異常温度検出信号が出力された際、上記負荷回
路の動作サイクルと同期をとってその動作を停止させる
手段とを具備し７たことを特徴とする加熱保護電源回路
。
