    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車体に棒状のシートレッグを立設し、該シートレッグの
    上部に位置するシートフレームには、軸方向一端から他
    端まで延びる切欠部が形成されて弾性を有する筒状体に
    したクランプ部材の周方向・一端を固定し、該クランプ
    部材に前記シートレッグを嵌合し、該クランプ部材の自
    由端側外周にはカム受部を形成するとともに、前記シー
    トフレームにはさらに操作レバーとカム部材とを同軸に
    て一体回動するように設け、前記カム部材のカム部を前
    記カム受部に対して前記クランプ部材の切欠部が拡縮す
    る方向に作用するように臨ませたことを特徴とする三輪
    車の座席装置。
