    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）伝熱管外周に該外周面と、該外周面に螺旋状に巻
    きつけたフィンと、該フィンを覆う管とで螺旋状の流路
    を形成し、流体を該流路にのみ通させるようにした熱交
    換器。
  2. （２）流体は水や油の被加熱体である登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の熱交換器。
