域である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高電圧印加部の周回わり１こ絶縁材を、輻射熱発生部の
    回わりに金属材を使用した外囲器を具有して、陰極部の
    少なくとも１部＆とゲッタ部材が配置され、その遮へい
    板としぞ配線接続部遮へい板又は陰極部外筒を利用して
    、そこにゲッタ材の少なくとも１つの案内開口部を設け
    て、その開口部を介して金属外囲器内面にゲッタ材が蒸
    着されるようにしたことを特徴とする、Ｘ線管装置。
