れている探触子の駆動状態を示す説明図、第５図は本考
案に係る超音波スキャナに使用されている探触子の外観
構成図、第６図は第５図装置の作用説明図である。 １０・・・探触子、１２・・・被検体、１４・・・肋骨
、１６・・・超音波ビーム送受波面。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）探触子を所定方向に往復動する往復動手段と、探
    触子を前記往復動方向に対してほぼ直角方向に首振りさ
    せる首振り手段とを備え、探触子を適宜往復・首振り運
    動させながら被検体に向けて超音波ビームを放射しかつ
    そのエコーを受波する超音波スキャナにおいて、探触子
    の送受波面を前記往復動方向に長くかつ首振り方向に短
    い細長面に形成したことを特徴とする超音波スキャナ。
  2. （２）　　実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）記載の装置に
    おいて、探触子の細長面の短辺幅は肋骨間の間隙幅より
    も小さく形成されることを特徴とする超音波スキャナ。
