    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車室内に前部座席と後部座席が設けられ、後部座席の後
    方が積荷を収容する荷物室とされた自動車において、上
    記後部座席におけるシートバック下部に着座者の臀部に
    対応して前後に貫通する開口が形成され、同上シートバ
    ックの背面側で上記開口を覆う遅閉部材が設けられたこ
    とを特徴とする自動車の後部座席におけるシートバック
    構造。
