    加工液の流入口の形成された押付具と、前記両押付具の
    前記工作物側の端面に形成された前記加工液の流出口と
    、前記端面に設けられた通液性の緩衝材と、前記緩衝材
    を覆い砥粒の固着された通液性の研摩布紙と、前記研摩
    布紙を前記押付具に装着した取付具とを備えた円盤状工
    作物の鏡面加工装置。
