Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車体に取付けるブラケットにより支承させ且つ戻しスプ
    リングにより所定位置に回動付勢させた操作ロッドとこ
    の操作ロンドに印加された操作荷重をパーキングブレー
    キに伝達するケーブルとの間に所定の遊びストロークを
    与えるとともに操作荷重伝達用スプリングを介在させ、
    所定操作荷重を印加した時の前記スプリングの撓みスト
    ロークに応動するスイッチを付設してなる操作荷重検出
    装置付きパーキングブレーキにおいて、パーキングブレ
    ーキの非作動時には前記スプリングの予荷重が前記操作
    ロンドに加わらないようにスプリングの一端側の対応す
    る操作荷重授受部の間に僅かな遊びを設定してなる、操
    作荷重検出装置付きパーキングブレーキにおける操作ロ
    ンドの戻り不良防止機構。
