本発明は発泡ポリウレタンとの接着性が良好でかつ発泡
ポリウレタンにより起る変色が少なく、プロー成形時に
おけるドローダウン性の小さい塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物

近年、塩化ビニル樹脂の射出成形品、プロー成形品に発
泡のポリウレタンを注入して了−ムレスト、ベンドレス
トなどの自動車内装部品が多く作られているが、従来よ
シ問題となっていることに塩ビ表皮層と発泡ポリウレタ
ンとの接着方法、発泡ポリウレタンとの接触により起る
塩ビ表皮層の変色(以後ウレタン汚染と名づける)、及
びプロー成形の場合のドローダウン現象()やリンノが
自重で垂れ下が9肉厚、外径が看しく変化する現象)が
大きくパリンン重奮が大きφ成形品はもちろんのこと、
ノ4リソン重蓋が小さi物でも均一な肉厚の表皮層を成
形する事が困難である事などであった。現在は、塩ビ表
皮層に接着剤を塗布する事で発泡ポリウレタンとの接着
力を向上させたり、目ゼリウレタンとの接触汚染につい
ては、汚染の比較的少ない発泡ポリウレタンを選択し表
皮層の色を濃色にして変色をめだたなくさせるなどの方
法が取られているが、十分なものとは言えない。またブ
ロー成形におけるドローダウンについては平均重合度の
高い塩化ビニル樹脂を使用する事でドローダウンを小さ
くする方法が用いられているが、ノクリソン重量の大き
い成形品などには効果が小さく十分なものとは言えなか
った。本発明者らはこのような状況をかんがみ、鋭意検
討を行った結果テトラヒドロ7ランに不溶なポリ塩化ビ
ニルグル分5〜90重量係及び残部がテトラヒドロフラ
ン可溶分からなる塩化ビニル樹脂100恵量部にBa
