Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 筒状−巻回された電気コイル； プランジャ吸引用テーパ外面および開口端部が弁部材受
    は用テーパ面となった流体流入口を有し電気コイルの内
    空間に進入した先端部と、該流体′流入口およびソース
    口に連通ずる流体路を有する第１の磁性体コア； 電気コイルに関して第１の磁性体コアとは反対側に配置
    され中央に穴を有する第２の磁性体コア； 第１の磁性体コアの後端から電気コイルの外側を経て第
    ２の磁性体コアに及ぶ磁性体ヨーク；第１の磁性体コア
    の先端部から第２の磁性体コアの穴に及ぶ筒状の非磁性
    スリーブ； 第１の磁性体コアのプランジャ吸引用テーパ外面に対向
    する吸引用テーパ内面を先端部に有し、この吸引用テー
    パ内面に連続する比較的に深いシール材収納穴を有し、
    非磁性体スリーブの内部に少なくとも一部が進入し非磁
    性体スリーブでそれに沿って摺動自在に案内、された磁
    性体プランジ゛　　ヤニ 磁性体プランジャを第１の磁性体コアより離れる方向に
    押す第１のばね部材； 磁性体ペプランジャの後端側にあり、開口端部が弁部材
    受は用テーパ面となった流体流出口とこの流体流出口と
    ドレイン口に連通ずる流体路を有するドレインポート： 流体流入口に対向する部位にそれを閉じる第１の弁部材
    を有し、磁性体プランジャの外部と内部を連通とする流
    路を有し、磁性体プランジャのシール材収納穴内にあっ
    て該穴の内面により該プランジャの移動方向に沿って摺
    動自在に案内され、該移動方向に対して実質上傾かない
    長さを有する第１のシール部材； 流体流出口に対向する部位にそれを閉じる第２の弁部材
    を有し、磁性体プランジャの外部と内部を連通とする流
    路を有し、磁性体プランジャのシール材収納穴内にあっ
    て該穴の内面により該プランジャの移動方向に沿って摺
    動自在に案内され、該移動方向に対して実質上傾かない
    長さを有する第２のシール部材； 第１および第２のシール部材の内側にあって両者を互に
    離れる方向に押す第２のばね部材；第２のシール部材の
    、第１のシール部材より離れる方向の、磁性体プランジ
    ャに対する移動を所定値で制限するストッパ；および 磁性体プランジャの後端側にあって第２のシール部材の
    流路と出力ポートに連通する出力圧室；　　。 を備える３位置制御ソレノイド弁。
