第１図は従来のディジタル電圧計の構成図、第２図は従
来の動作タイミング図、第３図はこの考案のディジタル
電圧計の構成図、第４図はこの考案の動作タイミング図
である。 図において、１は入力アッテネータ、２は信号増幅器、
３はＡ／Ｄ変換器、４は表示器、６はアッテネータ駆動
器、７は対数増幅器、８はレンジコンパレータである。 なお図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して示
しである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力アッテネータと、このアッテネータ通過後゛　　　
    の入力信号を増幅する信号増幅器と、この信号増幅器の
    アナログ出力信号をディジタル量に変換するＡ／Ｄ変換
    器と、このＡ／Ｄ変換器により得られたディジタル量を
    表示する表示器とを有するデ゛　イジタル電圧計におい
    て、上記入力アッテネータに並列に接続され、入力信号
    のダイミンクレンジを圧縮する対数増幅器と、この対数
    増幅器の出力の大きさに応じて、上記入力アッテネータ
    を選択する信号とＡ／Ｄ変換器の変換動作を再スタート
    させるリセット信号を出力するレンジコンパレータと、
    このレンジコンパレータからの信号により入力アッテネ
    ータを駆動する信号を出力するアッテネータ駆動器とを
    備えたことを特徴とするディジタル電圧計。
