Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 中心取付は穴２を穿設した略半球状の工具本体１には、
    三つの円弧側面３を有する三角チップ４および円板状の
    丸、駒チップ５が、それぞれ切屑ポケット６．７に隣接
    したチップ座８．９内で、中央取付は穴１０．１１の利
    用により固定されるようにしたスローアウェイ式のスカ
    ラップカッタであって、 前記三角チップ４はその円弧側面３が切削上すくい面を
    構成するとともに、その離間的配列が、−周縁から回転
    中心に向かう複数の渦巻き状を呈して、球面切削に関与
    するようになっており、また前記丸駒チップ５は、前記
    三角チップ４の渦巻き数よりも多い個数で、しかもその
    円形面１４が切削上すくい面を構成するように、工具本
    体１の最外縁に取付けられ、その回転軌跡上では、その
    切刃稜１５の回転軌跡に連続するようになっていること
    を特徴とするスローアウェイ式のスカラップカッタ。
