延出部に嵌着され中心穴に挿着した導体を介して電力を
供給する集電環と、中心穴の端部に挿着して水素ガスを
封止するガスシール装置とを備えた水素冷却回転電機の
回転子において、前記ガスシール装置は、中心穴の端部
に段部およびこの段部の内側に溝部を形成し、溝部には
着脱可能に分割した環状の嵌め込み板を装着し、この嵌
め込み板の内径に嵌合する段部を有し中心穴に遊嵌する
円板状のプラグを配設し、このプラグの段部には環状の
弾性パツキンを嵌着させ、一方上記中心穴の段部には円
盤状の支え板を配し、この支え板からプラグに螺着した
ボルトを締め付けることにより弾性パツキンを回転軸の
内面に調整可能に当接させるようにしたことを特徴とす
